Returns
Damage in transit must be notified within 24 hours of receipt. If products are faulty they should be returned within 7 days of receipt and the reason(s) should be clearly stated. Memory Button will pay for the postage. Customers will be offered either replacement good(s) or credit.
Cancellations
Due to the bespoke nature of our products they are exempt from the right to cancel after you have given approval to the final design and Memory Button reserves the right not to offer refunds.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
